Today BBMP has published a list in pursuant to HC order in WP.No. 42927/2015 dated 07.09.2022. It has set up”Citizens Grievances Redressal Cell” in all the wards in Bengaluru. The Public can file their grievances either in verbal or written format to the designated person in the ward office.
The citizens are requested to note the mobile numbers of AE, AEE and Executive Engineer. The details are also web hosted in the official portal of BBMP.
